Terms And Conditions For B&B Bookings
• Minimum stay of 2 nights
• Deposit of 50% payable on booking. For bookings made 2 weeks or less before arrival the full amount is payable on booking.
• The balance is due on departure.
• Once the booking has been confirmed, the client is responsible for the total price of the holiday.
• Cancellations must be notified at the earliest date and confirmed in writing, giving the best chance to re-let. If re-letting is successful payment will be refunded less a £50 administration fee. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance
• The owners reserve the right to terminate your stay if members of your party are causing a nuisance to other guests or are not treating the property with due respect.
• Any articles, which are damaged, broken or lost, must be paid. Please report any problems, breakage, damage or loss as we would prefer to deal with it at the time.
• Only members of your party listed on the booking form are allowed to stay in the accommodation.
• The owners reserve the right to enter the rooms during your stay for housekeeping.
• The rooms are available from 16.00 on the day of arrival and guests are requested to vacate by 10.00 on the day of departure. Please Note: If arriving after 18.00 please ring to arrange a time.
• Trussel Barn is a non smoking property.

Terms And Conditions For The Buttery
• 5 nights minimum stay
• Deposit of 50% payable on booking.
• The balance is due 42 days (6 weeks) before the start date of your stay. For bookings made 42 days or less before arrival the full amount is payable on booking.

• The owners reserve the right to enter the property during your stay.
• The Buttery is available from 16.00 on the day of arrival and guests are requested to vacate by 10.00 on the day of departure.

• Dogs are to be well-behaved and kept off beds and furniture, and are to be supervised at all times. Dogs are allowed off lead in the garden. Dog owners are responsible for clearing up any dog litter created by their pet and disposing of in a hygienic manner.
